Perform daily accounting operations, including data entry, cheque issuance, and related tasks.
Maintain an accurate and organized filing system to ensure documents are easily traceable.
Provide administrative support to the accounting team.
Verify and reconcile payments, amounts and records to ensure accuracy.
Support smooth day-to-day office operations by performing clerical duties such as typing, filing, handling correspondence, making phone calls and basic bookkeeping.
Undertake ad-hoc assignments as directed by management.
Work independently with a strong sense of responsibility, urgency, and organizational skills.
Capable of working efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.
